The products featured on our website are not located in Spain and are shipped directly from our manufacturers located abroad. The estimated average delivery time for products is 7 to 25 business days. This may vary depending on the time, customs costs, VAT, and possible strikes, as well as other factors beyond our control. However, we guarantee delivery of your product within a maximum of 90 days after purchase. (If this deadline is not met, the order may be returned without conditions.)
Another important detail is that the products arrive in Spain under competent supervision and will then be delivered to the destination cities. All purchases have a tracking code that will be sent to the customer's email within 7 business days (UNLESS THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH SHIPPING ON THE SUPPLIER'S PART). The product can be tracked from the moment it leaves the country of origin until it arrives at home. Delivery is always made by Correios; however, in some cases, such as absent recipients, regions with delivery restrictions, among other reasons, Correios may leave a notice for the product to be collected at the agency closest to the address provided. If the order is for two or more products, they can be shipped separately, and a tracking number will be issued for each product. As this is an international order, tracking information on the Correios website may take up to 7 business days after the tracking code information is received. The delivery address must be completed by the buyer before confirming the purchase. In the event of a return due to an incorrect address or insufficient information, the return will be the customer's sole responsibility. In the event of unsuccessful attempts, the product remains available at the agency for collection; otherwise, it must be returned to the sender abroad. Once the return shipment is confirmed, the delivery period begins from the date of this confirmation, which is recorded in the order record.
